Early access · planned for Zoho Books outside the US

WooCommerce → Zoho Books, for the rest of the world

LedgerStitch is a planned sync that posts your WooCommerce orders, refunds and payments into Zoho Books, for the editions the existing extensions leave out: UK, EU, India, Australia, Canada and UAE. It posts to the taxes you configured in Zoho Books, so your accountant stays in charge of tax.

The gap we are building for

On October 6, 2026, the WooCommerce and Magento extensions for Zoho Books on Zoho Marketplace each stated that they are “only supported for the .com domain and the US Edition of Zoho Books”. If your organization is on another edition, your options today are re-keying orders, CSV imports or a hand-built Zapier or Make workflow.

What LedgerStitch is designed to post

Orders

Each WooCommerce order will become a customer (matched or created), items matched by SKU, an invoice or a sales receipt, and the payment.

Refunds

Full and partial refunds will become a credit note and a refund in Zoho Books, linked to the original sale.

Your taxes, not ours

LedgerStitch will read the taxes and tax groups already in your Zoho Books organization, and you map each WooCommerce rate to one. Nothing is hardcoded.

Held, not guessed

An order with a tax rate you have not mapped will wait as “needs review” instead of posting with the wrong tax.

No duplicates on retry

Every step will be recorded before the next one runs, so a retry after a timeout cannot create a second invoice.

A sync log you can audit

One row per order: its status, the Zoho Books document created, and a link to open it in Zoho Books.

Setup, as we are designing it

  1. 1

    Connect Zoho Books

Sign in with Zoho. LedgerStitch will detect your organization's data center and Zoho Books plan.
  2. 2

    Connect your store

Add your WooCommerce store. One store per account at launch.
  3. 3

    Map your taxes

Match each WooCommerce tax rate to a tax you set up in Zoho Books.
  4. 4

    Choose the document

Invoice plus payment, or sales receipt, for paid orders.
  5. 5

    Import the last 30 days

Optional. Paced overnight to stay inside your API limits.
  6. 6

    Check the log

Review anything marked “needs review” and fix it at the source.

Who it is for

WooCommerce merchants outside the US

Already on Zoho Books, with an outside accountant or an in-house bookkeeper, tired of re-keying orders.

Accountants and bookkeepers

Firms that set up Zoho Books for e-commerce clients and want one repeatable setup per client.

Not for: Shopify stores, merchants who need stock levels synced back to the store, or the US edition of Zoho Books. LedgerStitch is an independent product and is not affiliated with Zoho or WooCommerce. More on that.
